In den normalen Gaumenfortsätzen sich entwickelnder A/Jax-Mäuse und Sprague-Dawley-Ratten wurden während der Zeit der Gaumenfusion und der Epitheldegeneration Granula nachgewiesen, die hinsichtlich saurer Phosphatasen positiv reagieren. Dieses hydrolytische Ferment wurde auch im degenerierenden glossopalatinalen Epithel von Sprague-Dawley-Rattenembryonen nach Behandlung mit Chlorzyclicin während des Zeitraumes der Gaumenentwicklung gefunden." @default.
