- W2051213694 abstract "Photoionisation processes in the 4d, 5s and 5p shells of atomic tin have been investigated by means of angle-resolved electron spectrometry using synchrotron radiation. In addition, the Auger spectrum following 4d ionisation has been studied taking into account information gained from the 4d photolines. The results are compared with the corresponding photoprocesses in lead. In contrast to lead, only initial-state configuration interaction including 5p1/2 and 5p3/2 holes/orbitals and final-state configuration interaction including 4d3/2, 4d5/2, 5s1/2, 5p1/2 and 5p3/2 holes/orbitals are needed for an interpretation of the most intense photoprocesses in tin. This result should stimulate the theoretical treatment of photoionisation and non-radiative decay in tin." @default.
