- W2051215946 abstract "The viscosity of amorphous Pd40Ni40P20 has been measured at temperatures near the glass transition temperature. The results of these measurements were analyzed in terms of the free volume model to find equations for defect production and annihilation during structural relaxation. It was shown that it is not possible to find these equations from viscosity data alone. A description of the viscosity data together with the thermal effects observed in a DSC was, however, more successful in determining the defect relaxation equation. The viscosity data were used to accurately determine the parameters of the kinetic process and the equilibrium defect concentration. The DSC data were used to discriminate between different relaxation equations. On mesure la viscosité du Pd40Ni40P20 a des températures voisines de la température de transition vitreuse. Les résultats de ces mesures sont analysés d'après le modèle du volume libre afin de trouver les équations de la création et de l'annihilation des défauts pendant la relaxation structurale. On montre qu'il n'est pas possible de trouver ces équations à partir des seules données de viscosité. Une description des données de viscosité ainsi que des effets thermiques observés dans un calorimètre à balayage est cependant possible en déterminant l'équation de relaxation des défauts. Les données de viscosité sont utilisées pour déterminer d'une manière précise les paramètres de la cinétique et de la concentration des défauts à l'équilibre. Les données calorimétriques sont utilisées pour choisir entre les différentes équations de relaxation. Die Viskosität von amorphem Pd40Ni40P20 wird in der Nähe der Glasübergangstemperatur gemessen. Die Meßergebnisse werden mit dem Modell des freien Volumens mit dem Ziel analysiert, Gleichungen für die Defektproduktion und- annihilation während der strukturellen Relaxation zu erhalten. Es wird gezeigt, daß es nicht möglich ist, ausschließlich aus den Viskositätsdaten zu solchen Gleichungen zu kommen. Hinzunahme von Messungen mit Differentialkalorimetrie führt zum Erfolg. Aus den Viskositätsdaten werden die Parameter des kinetischen Prozesses und die Defektkonzentration im Gleichgewicht exakt bestimmt. Anhand der kalorimetrischen Daten werden die verschiedenen Relaxationsgleichungen unterschieden." @default.
