In a small percentage of cases of multiple myeloma, a cold-precipitable protein of the serum has been identified and termed a cryoglobulin (1). The purpose of this report is to present a case of multiple myeloma associated with the urinary excretion of a unique paraprotein with the combined properties of cryoglobulin and a Bence...References1.
