- W2051250400 abstract "The HIV pandemic has significant negative implications for the availability of human resources in many sub-Saharan countries. Reducing stigmatizing attitudes and improving work environments may improve the quality of health services and ultimately the health and well-being of HCWs and the patients they serve (Mbeba et al., 2011). Therefore, clinics for staff and" @default.
