- W2051710644 abstract "Heat effects characteristic of the precipitation process in the as-quenched Al-1.53 wt% Cu-0.79 wt% Mg alloy were calculated from DSC thermograms obtained from suitably designed experiments. DSC peaks due to precipitation of GPB zones, dissolution of GPB zones, dissolution of GPB zones-dislocation complexes, formation of the S′ phase and dissolution of the S′ phase were identified. Values for the fractional transformation, Y, and the rate of transformation, (dY/dt), were calculated using relations specially developed for each process. Expressions for the kinetics of the processes were formulated which enabled the calculation of activation energies, Q∗, frequency factors, k0, and the function ƒ(Y) of the kinetic equation (dY/dt) = ƒ(Y)k0exp(−Q∗/RT). The measured kinetic parameters were consistent with the available data and expected mechanisms of some of the transformations. Les caractéristiques des effets thermiques de la précipitation dans un alliage d'aluminium à 1,53% en poids de cuivre et 0,79% en poids de magnésium, brut de trempe, ont été calculées à partir des thermogrammes de calorimétrie en balayage différentiel (CBD) au cours d'expériences bien adaptées à cette étude. Nous avons identifié les pics de CBD ds à la précipitation des zones GPB et à leur dissolution, à la dissolution des complexes zones GPB-dislocations, à la formation et à la dissolution de la phase S′. Nous avons calculé les valeurs de la fraction transformée, Y, et de la vitesse de transformation, (dY/dt), à l'aide de relations spécialement développées pour chaque processus. Nous donnons des expressions de la cinétique des mécanismes, qui permettent de calculer les énergies d'activation, Q∗, les facteurs de fréquence, k0, et la fonction ƒ(Y) de l'équation cinétique: (dY/dt) =ƒ(Y) k0exp(−Q∗/RT). Les paramètres cinétiques que l'on mesure sont compatibles avec les résultats dont on dispose et avec les mécanismes auxquels on s'attend pour quelques transformations Wärmeeffekte, charakteristisch für den Ausscheidungsprozeβ in der abgeschreckten Legierung Al-1, 53 Gew. —% Cu-0,79 Gew.—% Mg, wurden aus Thermogrammen der differentiellen Abtastkalorimetrie (DSC), erhalten aus geeignet geführten Experimenten, berechnet. DSC-Maxima, herrührend von der Bildung von Guinier-Preston-Zonen, Auflösung dieser Zonen, Auflösung von KomplexeA aus Guinier-Preston-Zonen und Versetzungen, Bildung der S′-Phase und Auflösung der S′-Phase, werden identifiziert. Werte für die teilweise Umwandlung Y und die Umwandlungsrate dY/dt wurden mit speziell für jeden Prozeβ entwickelten Beziehungen berechnet. Ausdrücke für die Kinetik der Prozesse werden formuliert; aus ihnen ergeben sich die Aktivierungsenergie Q∗, die Frequenzfaktoren k und die Funktion ƒ(Y) der kinetischen Gleichung dY/dt = ƒ(Y)k0exp 1−Q∗/RT). Die gemessenen kinetischen Parameter stimmen mit den verfügbaren Daten und den für einige der Umwandlungen erwarteten Mechanismen überein." @default.
