- W2052207680 abstract "In this paper we analyzed the structural organization dynamics and homeostasis control to reveal the key links of the breakings for the information realization in diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic plans on the basis of a large factual material set on the state of the integrative indices of the key links of the life support systems obtained from patients with a different damage rate of the gastrointestinal tract. The use of multidimensional data visualization revealed rather interesting data on homeostasis organization at the pathologic process development. Structural analysis of the interaction of the central nervous system, vegetative nervous system, hormonal, immunologic and biochemical status of the normal persons, patients with gastric and peptic ulcer, precancerous conditions and changes of the mucous membrane of the stomach, or carcinoma of the stomach of different stages was performed. This allowed to establish that the regularity of the systemic homeostasis control lies in the fact that while the normal biological structures function, the autonomy of their life support is determined and the interaction with higher system-organizing formations is realized mainly by the feed-back type. However, at the marked pathologic process, these reciprocal interactions have a rigid character, mainly by the direct coupling with a dominant higher structure. Such information can be effectively used for diagnosis and classification as well as for the pathogenetic nonspecific treatment. Moreover, the results of this investigation are not only indicative of the necessity of the postulated revision concerning the indispensable control centralization of the functions of the internal organs of the living organism in norm, but they demonstrate obviously the “deficiency” of centralization in cases with a marked pathologic process." @default.
