- W2055161071 abstract "This paper analyzes the impact of users’ position and education level on their satisfaction with the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) used in their respective organization. A survey was carried out using semi-structured questionnaires applied to 115 users in 13 companies in 2011 and 2012. Data analysis was built on the following techniques: Descriptive analysis, KolmogorovSmirnov’s test, Spearman’s rank correlation coeficient, and Chi-Square Automatic Interaction Detector (CHAID). The results show that users’ function / position level has a direct impact on its assessment of the ERP system. Assistant / technical users' evaluations of the features targeted in this research implied in overall statistically higher scores than those provided by users in supervision / coordination positions. The results also pointed to a significant impact of users' education level on their assessment of the system, especially because employees with lower level of education tended to assess each feature more positively." @default.
