TCNQ has been applied to the location and characterization of atmospheric proline, carbazole and 11H-benzo[a]carbazole. For characterization purposes absorption spectra were obtained directly from glass-fibre, paper, or thin-layer chromatograms from about 300 to 900 mμ. Zur kolorimetrischen Bestimmung von Vorläufern freier Radikale wie Cystein, Prolin, Hydroxyprolin, den Phenoxazinabkömmlingen und Mercaptanen wird ein neues Reagens, 7,7,8,8-Tetracyanochinodimethan (TCNQ) eingeführt. TCNQ ist auch von Nutzen bei Nachweis und Charakterisierung von Prolin, Hydroxyprolin, Cystein, mehrkernigen Verbindungen, Mercaptanen, Thiocarbonsäureamiden und Thiosemicarbazonen auf Papier- oder Dünnschichtchromatogrammen. Dazuhin können Aminosäurederivate wie N-(phenylthiocarbamyl)aminosäuren und 3-Phenylthiodantoine auf Chromatogrammen 10-kalisiert und charakterisiert werden. TCNQ wurde bei Nachweis und Charakterisierung von atmosphärischem Prolin, Carbazol und 11 H-benzo[a]carbazol verwendet. Zu Charakterisierungszwecken wurden Absorptionsspektren direkt von Glasfaser-, Papier- oder Dünnschichtchromatogrammen zwischen 300 und 900 nm aufgenommen. On présente un nouveau réactif, le 7,7,8,8-tétracyanoquinodiméthane (TCNQ) pour la détermination colorimétrique de précurseurs de radicaux libres comme la cystéine, la proline, l'hydroxyproline, la famille de la phénoxazine et les mercaptans. Le TCNQ est aussi utile dans la localisation et la caractérisation, sur chromatogrammes sur papier ou couche mince, de la proline, de l'hydroxyproline, de la cystéine, des composés polynucléaires, des mercaptans, des thiocarbonylamides et des thiosemicarbazones. En outre, des dérivés d'amino-acides comme les N-(phénylthiocarbamyl) aminoacides et les 3-phénylthiohydantoïnes peuvent être localisés et caractérisés sur les chromatogrammes. On a appliqué le TCNQ à la localisation et la caractérisation de la proline, du carbazole et du 11 H-benzo[a]carbazole dans l'atmosphère. A des fins de caractérisation, on a obtenu des spectres d'absorption directement des chromatogrammes sur fibre de verre, papier ou couche mince, d'environ 300 à 900 mμ." @default.
