• W2056590252 abstract "Analysis journey of application performance begins right from its development stage passing through testing phase till the application service delivers to its intended users. Traditionally these performance analysis based on mathematical models derived from basic principles are typically difficult to use, complex and do not exhibit satisfactory accuracy. This paper demonstrates the significance of end to end application performance monitoring and management to achieve high accuracy in predicting application performance across the multiple tier e.g. databases, middleware network etc. The new and complete solution is put up on a unique combination of multiple agents based technology, these agents deploy on different tier of the application, fetches performance related data from respective tier and feed it to the central controller. This controller has the inbuilt intelligence to do the computation and probabilistic analysis on application performance data. The resulting information on Key Performance Indicators provides high fidelity for decision making in both monitoring and prediction modes. Most of the IT groups monitor key network and system components, but a dearth of visibility into the end-to-end health of applications often results in IT executives spending too much time trying to localize the problems. In the interim, users are frustrated, organization's mission is suffering and revenue is being lost. This paper emphasize on new wave of APM and its emerging trends.
