- W2056656140 abstract "A study is made on polycrystalline samples of the pseudoternary alloy system CdxZnyMnzSe. Lattice parameter values are measured and the limits of single phase behavior determined. Two single phase fields are found to exist for Mn concentrations with z < 0.5, one with hexagonal wurtzite structure and the other cubic zinc blende. Low field magnetic susceptibility and electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements are made as a function of temperature on the single phase samples. Values of the spin-glass transition temperature Tg, the Curie-Weiss temperature θ, and the Curie constant C are obtained from the susceptibility results. The curves of ESR linewidth ΔH versus temperature are fitted to a semi empirical equation used to describe the physical behavior of the cluster glass materials. The variation of the obtained parameters with alloy composition is discussed. Polykristalline Proben des pseudoternären Legierungssystems CdxZnyMn2Se werden untersucht. Die Werte der Gitterparameter werden gemessen und die Grenzen des Ein-Phasenverhaltens bestimmt. Es wird gefunden, daß zwei Ein-Phasen-Felder für Mn-Konzentrationen mit z < 0,5 existieren, eins mit hexagonaler Wurtzit-Struktur und das andere mit kubischer Zinkblende-Struktur. Messungen der magnetischen Niederfeldsuszeptibilität und der Elektronenspinresonanz (ESR) werden als Funktion der Temperatur an den Ein-Phasen-Proben durchgeführt. Aus den Suszeptibilitätsergebnissen werden Werte für die Spinglas-Übergangstemperatur Tg, die Curie-Weiß-Temperatur θ und die Curie-Konstante C erhalten. Die Kurven der ESR-Linienbreite ΔH über der Temperatur werden an eine halbempirische Gleichung zur Beschreibung des physikalischen Verhaltens von Clusterglasmaterialien angepaßt. Die Änderung der erhaltenen Parameter mit der Legierungszusammensetzung wird diskutiert." @default.
