- W2059634713 abstract "左前頭葉病変で右手一側性の失書を呈した症例を報告した (77歳，右利き女性) 。1994年末，昼ごろ家人に話しかけたとき話しにくく，メモをとるのに字が思うように書けないのに気づいた。発声で右軟口蓋挙上不全が認められるが，右上肢の筋力低下はみられない。発話速度の低下が軽度に認められる。発語失行，肢節運動失行，構成障害はみられない。写字には障害がなく，自発描画，模写は良好である。MRI で左中前頭回後部～中心前回前部に限局性の梗塞性病変がみられた。失書は右手一側性で，自発書字，書き取りいずれにおいてもみられ，漢字，仮名，数字のすべてで認められる。失書症状には，筆が意図する方向にいかず文字形態が崩れる，書き慣れた文字の書き方がわからない，以前に書いていた続け字が書けない，などの特徴がみられる。本症例の失書は，頭頂葉に存する書字運動イメージが前頭葉で手の随意運動に変換される過程での障害と想定できる。" @default.
