Transitions in the net sites are described by the S-matrix formalism. The energy band structure for a rectangular network cell is investigated. Particularly, the analytical form of the dispersion law is obtained in the quadratic cell case. It is shown that the incommensurability of lattice periods leads to an intrinsic stochasticity of the electron spectrum.
