Zwischen beiden Matrices gibt es jedoch grundlegend verschiedene biologische, präanalytische und analytische Aspekte, um zu einem aussagekräftigen Befund zu gelangen. </p><p> <span class=fett>Einflussgrößen:</span> Urin und Haar sind hoch variabel zusammengesetzt. Morphologische Schädigungen der Haarfaser durch Alterung oder haarkosmetische Behandlung gehen mit einer Abnahme der Suchtstoffkonzentration einher. Urin und Haar unterscheiden sich grundsätzlich hinsichtlich ihres Analytmusters, auf das Probenaufbereitung und Messverfahren abgestimmt sein müssen. Die bisher nicht eindeutig geklärte Inkorporation von Fremdstoffen erschwert die Interpretation eines Haarbefundes wesentlich. Die Annahme einer Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit von ca. 1 cm pro Monat ist nur eine grobe Schätzung. </p><p> <span class=fett>Perspektiven:</span> Der Bezug von Haarbefund und Melaningehalt sollte weiter untersucht werden. Enzympolymorphismen könnten die Variabilität von Haarbefunden teilweise erklären. Mehrere Studien zeigten bereits, dass ein Drogenkonsum durch eine Haaruntersuchung häufiger als durch eine Urinanalyse aufgedeckt werden kann. </p><p> <span class=fett>Fazit:</span> Welches Untersuchungsmaterial bevorzugt in eine Analyse eingesetzt werden soll, richtet sich vorrangig nach Verfügbarkeit und Fragestellung, wobei sich Urin und Haar aufgrund ihrer unterschiedlichen Nachweisfenster ergänzen." @default.
