- W2068100904 abstract "若年者で腱板損傷などの合併損傷のない，バケツ柄状断裂と剥離型損傷が混在した稀なSLAP lesionの1例ついて報告した．症例は14歳男性であった．主訴は右肩痛と脱臼感である．平成21年8月，投球時に右肩の脱臼感が生じ，以降，右肩投球時痛が生じた．平成22年4月，投球時に再度右肩の脱臼感を生じたため5月に近医を受診し，精査加療目的で当科紹介となった．理学所見では，右肩関節屈曲100°で疼痛を認め，インピンジメント徴候とO'Brien test3）が陽性であった．単純X線像は異常を認めなかったが，MRI T2＊像では上方関節唇の剥離所見を認めた．反復性肩関節前方亜脱臼の診断にて関節鏡検査を施行し，type II＋III SLAP lesionを認めた．バケツ柄状断裂を切除し，2縫合糸付き吸収性suture anchorにてtype II SLAP lesionを修復した．腱板損傷などの合併損傷は認めなかった．術後4カ月で疼痛および可動域制限は消失した．Impingement sign，O'Brien test3）は陰性であり，Rowe score は100点で野球に復帰した．" @default.
