- W2069982337 abstract "Incommensurate longitudinal spin density waves in Ce(Ru1−xRhx)2Si2 (0.03<x<0.4) are investigated. Resistivity along c-axis increases by 30% at the transition temperature (TN), which indicates that gap opens on the Fermi surface at TN. For analysis we use the U=∞ Anderson lattice model where a bare conduction band has pseudo-one dimensional nesting character. Resulting from the leading order of 1/N-expansion, renormalized bands are obtained, whose lower band has heavy electron mass at the Fermi level and strong nesting character. Using the renormalized bands we calcurate TN–n dependence, where the electron number (n) increases with substitution of Rh for Ru. TN has a sharp peak around n=1 (half-filling) and the broad peak around n=1/2 (quarter-filling), which result is consistent to experimental facts. To obtain the broad peak, both renormalized bands are found to play essential roles." @default.
