- W2071092334 abstract "エストロゲン様活性を波長405nmにおける発色強度で測定するNRL/TIF2-BAPアッセイはフミン質系着色試水についても適用できると考え，その再現性ならびに適用性の評価を試みた．また種々の下水処理工程水や汚泥サンプルについてGC-MSから得られた結果と比較検討を試み，以下の知見を得た． 1）E1がE2の1.6倍，E3がE2の2.7倍も感度が高く，BPAに関しても他の方法より活性値が２桁高く，NPは同程度であり，本法は感度の高い方法である． 2）下水一次処理水および二次処理水のE2添加回収率は60％以上で，変動係数は20％以内であった． 3）GC/MSによる測定値と高い相関性が確認され,フミン質系着色試水や汚泥に対しても適用可能であること，およびオゾン処理の評価においては安全側の指標として有用であることが示された． 環境水における生態系への影響が合成物質に比べ天然エストロゲンが寄与していることを考えると，NRL/TIF2-BAPアッセイは安全側の水処理指標になると考えられる．" @default.
