- W2071503689 abstract "Optoelectronic properties of as-deposited and thermally annealed heavily phosphorus-doped microcrystalline silicon () films grown by a radiofrequency glow discharge method were studied using spectrophotoellipsometry (SE), optical transmittance and measurements of electrical properties. The variation of properties in the annealing process was observed and the results were found to be consistent with previous works. The analysis of SE data shows that the as-deposited films have a low amplitude of dielectric functions but with noticeable peaks at critical points. The results have shown that the change of optoelectronic properties due to annealing of low-temperature-deposited films is greater than in higher-temperature-grown films. The amplitude of dielectric functions, crystal size, active carrier concentration, conductivity and mobility have been gradually increased in the annealing process. The results also suggest that the electrical properties of can be enhanced by annealing at low temperatures." @default.
