- W2071634399 abstract "燃料油にアルキル化剤（ヨｰドメタン（CH3I）とテトラフルオロほう酸銀（AgBF4））を添加することにより硫黄・窒素化合物をアルキル化し，テトラフルオロほう酸塩の沈澱として回収する新しい脱硫・脱窒素プロセスについて検討した．従来法（水素化脱硫法）の難脱硫成分であるジベンゾチオフエン（DBT）は，本方法により常温・常圧の条件下で簡便に除去され，軽油中の硫黄濃度を規制値（0.05wt%）以下に低減することができた．さらに，アルキル化剤の添加量を増加させることにより，硫黄分0.005wt%以下への超深度脱硫にも対応できることが分かった．また，本方法によると軽油中の窒素化合物も同時にアルキル化されて沈澱として回収され，初期窒素濃度の14%以下の低窒素軽油が得られることが分かった．また，本プロセスは異種の硫黄化合物が存在する接触分解ガソリンの脱硫にも適用できた．さらに，高濃度の硫黄・窒素を含有する減圧軽油の処理にも適用でき，硫黄・窒素濃度を処理前のそれぞれ0.1%および7%まで低減することができた．これより，本プロセスが省エネルギー型の新しい燃料油精製プロセスとなりうることが示された．" @default.
