- W2072574443 abstract "適度な運動は免疫能を高め，感染症や癌の予防に有効とされる一方，激しい運動やトレーニングは免疫能を弱め，炎症やアレルギーを助長するとされる．これらの機序については，激しい運動やトレーニングに伴い血中 NK 細胞・ T 細胞の数や機能，分泌型 IgA の唾液濃度などが一過性に低下し，免疫抑制作用のあるストレスホルモンや抗炎症性サイトカインが分泌され，易感染性につながると考えられている．一方，激運動に伴い好中球・単球が動員され活性酸素の産生が高まり，炎症反応や酸化ストレスを引き起こすが，適切な栄養・休養に加え，抗酸化物質等のサプリメントの使用によりこれらの反応を制御できる可能性が示されつつある．また，適度な運動習慣がストレスや感染に対する抵抗力（防衛体力）を強化するという科学的根拠が集積されつつある．本稿では予防医学・補完代替医療の適用の是非を念頭に置いて，運動免疫学分野の最新の研究成果を紹介する．" @default.
