The thermodynamic data derived from an isodesmic association model are: K (1 bar, 20°C) = 1.4 mol−1; K (1500 bar, 20°C) = 1.8 mol−1; ΔH (van't Hoff) = -(9.6 ± 1)kj·mol−1 and ΔV = -(4.0 ± 1.0)cm3 · mol−1. Die Selbstassoziation von 9-Methylpurin (9-MP) in wäßriger Lösung wurde mit Hilfe der Konzentrationsabhängigkeit der chemischen Verschiebung der Protonen im Druckbereich bis 1500 bar untersucht. Für die Untersuchungen wurde eine Hochdruckzelle aus Glas entwickelt, die in ein kommerzielles Hochauflösungs-KMR-Gerät eingebaut werden kann. Außerdem wurde der Druckeinfluß auf die UV-Spektren von 9-MP gemessen. Hydrostatischer Druck erhöht die Selbstassoziation von 9-MP. Die thermodynamischen Daten, die aus einem isodesmischen Assoziationsmodell abgeleitet werden, sind: K (1 bar, 20°C) = 1,4 mol−1; K (1500 bar, 20°C) = 1,8 mol−1; ΔH (van't Hoff) = -(9.6 ± 1)kj·mol−1 and ΔV = -(4,0 ± 1.0)cm3 · mol−1." @default.
