Sprayed coating with the amorphous state exhibited high hardness with Vickers Micro hardness of HV 913-1120 and low wears loss, but comparably high friction coefficient of 0.7 to 0.8 evaluated by a ball-on-disc wear test under dry condition. However, friction coefficient of the Fe-based metallic glass sprayed coating can be improved to 0.07μ by using engine oil as a lubricant." @default.
