Combining his expertise in training and computer technology, Dr. Lim will continue his role as an educator and performance consultant solving international performance problems. Dr. Lim received his master's and doctorate degrees in human resource education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He conducted several international consulting projects in program transfer and performance improvement technology. Currently Dr. Lim teaches courses in HRD and computer application for HPT at the Indiana State University. His research and teaching interests include transfer of training, educational technology, distance education, and performance improvement technology. Dr. Lim resides in Terre Haute with his spouse and three daughters. He spends most of his time with family, but likes experimenting with new computer and Internet technologies to create digital art projects for his family.
