Dilute Ga doping enhanced <formula formulatype=inline xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex Notation=TeX> $J_{rm c}$</tex></formula> at low temperature in high magnetic field regardless of sintering conditions, while <formula formulatype=inline xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex Notation=TeX>$hbox{BaHfO}_{3}$</tex></formula> precipitates improved <formula formulatype=inline xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink><tex Notation=TeX>$J_{rm c}$</tex></formula> at 77 K. In addition, introduction of undoped Y123 seed layer was found to dramatically improve crystallinity of doped or RE-mixed films. Moreover, high epitaxial growth rate of RE123 was maintained for these films." @default.
