- W2073744356 abstract "Abstract The expressway is a key area of road networks for national industry, economics and social development.In addition, the number of lines are increasing continuously. Recently, road management policy have shown a paradigm shift to safe road, low-carbon and green etc. Nevertheless, the road condition has deteriorated dramaticallyby fatigue cracking, thermal cracking and weather impact. On the other hand, the budgets for highway maintenance have shrunk dramatically. In this study, an effective pavement management and maintenance process was developed to extend the pavement serviceability and pavement life to overcome the rack of budgets. Tel: +82-42-821-5677 email: lmjcm@cnu.ac.krReceived October 10, 2014 Revised November 3, 2014 Accepted November 6, 2014 1. 서 론 1.1 연구의 배경 및 목적고속도로 연장은 1968년 처음으로 경인고속도로가 개통된 이후 계속적으로 증가되어 왔으며, 1970년대 이후 국내 경제성장의 결과로 생활의 질이 높아지고, 기술의 발달로 인한 교통부문 수송의 고속성 뿐만 아니라 안전성, 저공해성, 쾌적성 등 한층 높은 수준의 서비스가 요구되고 있으나 고속도로 유지관리 전체 민원 대비 포장민원건수는 계속적으로 증가되는 추세이다.또한 고속도로 관리연장은 2002년 2,244km에서 2012년 4,043km로 증가되었으며, 고속도로 관리연장의 증가와 더불어 노후구간의 연장도 2002～2012년 10년간 221.2%가 증가되었고, 현재 신설 노선을 감안하면 추가" @default.
