- W2074684327 abstract "対陰イオンとしてブロモクレゾールグリーンを，抽出溶媒として1,2-ジクロロエタンを用いて1,3-ジメチル-2-チオ尿素（DMTU）による白金（II）の抽出挙動を検討した．有機相の吸収スペクトルを測定したところ413 nmに吸収極大が認められた．そこで，413 nmにおける吸光度を測定することにより白金（II）の抽出を追跡した．DMTUによる白金（II）の抽出は速く，15分以内で白金（II）が定量的に1,2-ジクロロエタン中に抽出された．DMTUによる白金（II）の抽出に及ぼすpH，DMTU濃度及び塩化物イオン濃度の影響を調べた．pH 3.3から4.2の間でほぼ一定で最大の吸光度が得られた．1.0×10－2 M以上のDMTU濃度で一定の吸光度が得られ，0.5 M以下の塩化物イオンはほとんど抽出に影響を及ぼさなかった．抽出吸光光度定量へ応用するため，8種類の金属イオンと3種類の陰イオンについて妨害を検討した．硫酸イオン，硝酸イオン，過塩素酸イオン，コバルト（II）及びニッケル（II）は白金（II）の定量を妨害しなかった．マンガン（II），銅（II），亜鉛（II），パラジウム（II），銀（I）及びカドミウム（II）の妨害は1,5,9,13-テトラチアシクロヘキサデンカンによる抽出分離とEDTAの添加により抑制できることが分かった．" @default.
