- W2078763722 abstract "Precise (random error below 1%) measurements of thermal conductivity of a 6N purity alumium monocrystal (residual resistivity ration RRR = 931) are made in the temperature range 100 to 275 K. A minimum of the thermal conductivity is found in the course of total thermal conductivity vs. temperature. The minimum is found at a temperature of (190 ± 3) K and its depth is equal to about 2%. A minimum of depth of 3.4% at 185 K for the separated electronic thermal conductivity component is observed too. According to former investigations one may suggest that for very pure metal samples the minimum ought to disappear. A comparison of the temperature of the minima and their depth vs. the ratio ϱ300/ϱ4.2 is performed for all aluminium samples investigated in earlier experiments.Prazise Messungen der thermischen Leitfahigkeit (statistischer Fehler unter 1%) an einem 6N-reinen Aluminiumeinkristall (Restwiderstandsverhaltnis RRR = 931) werden im Temperatur-bereich von 100 bis 275 K durchgefuhrt. Im Verlauf der thermischen Gesamtleitfahigkeit uber der Temperatur wird ein Minimum der thermischen Leitfahigkeit bei einer Temperatur von (190 ± 3)K und mit einer Tiefe von etwa 2% gefunden. Ein Minimum von 3,4% bei 185 K fur die getrennte elektronische, thermische Leitfahigkeit wird ebenfalls beobachtet. Entsprechend fruheren Untersuchungen kann man annehmen, das fur sehr reine Metallproben das Minimum verschwinden mus.
