- W2078794292 abstract "본 연구에서는 왕고들빼기의 비타민 C, 총 폴리페놀, 총 플라보노이드 함량과 메탄올 추출물의 항산화력을 측정하였다. 왕고들빼기 잎과 뿌리의 비타민 C 함량은 각각 24.14 mg/100 g, 0.38 mg/100 g으로 나타났다. 왕고들빼기 잎의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 총 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 42.08 mg/g, 23.09 mg/g로 나타났으며, 왕고들빼기 뿌리의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 총 플라보노이드 함량은 각각 7.66 mg/g, 0.77 mg/g로 나타났다. DPPH radical 소거능은 왕고들빼기 잎의 경우 추출물 농도가 300 <TEX>${mu}g$</TEX>/mL 일 때 약 78%로 높은 항산화 능력을 보였으며, 뿌리에 비해 높은 활성을 나타냈다. ABTS radical 소거능은 추출물 농도가 5 mg/mL 일 경우 잎과 뿌리 각각 92.3%, 10.21%로 나타났다. Reducing power(환원력)를 측정한 결과 잎 추출물 농도가 1.6 mg/mL 일 때 1에 가까운 흡광도 값을 보였고, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX>-chelating 효과는 추출물 농도가 14 mg/mL 일 때 잎과 뿌리 각각 97.17%, 34.26%의 활성을 나타냈다. 왕고들빼기의 항산화 활성의 <TEX>$IC_{50}$</TEX>을 측정한 결과 잎의 경우 DPPH radical 소거능, ABTS radical 소거능, <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX>-chelating 효과의 <TEX>$IC_{50}$</TEX>은 각각 0.19 mg/mL, 2.7 mg/mL, 6.27 mg/mL로 나타났다. 왕고들빼기 뿌리의 경우 잎에 비해 그 값이 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 왕고들빼기의 잎은 뿌리에 비해 비타민 C, 폴리페놀, 플라보노이드 함량이 높고 우수한 항산화 활성을 보여 기능성 식품 및 기능성 식품재료로써의 이용가능성이 매우 높은것으로 확인되었다. The anti-oxidant properties of <TEX>$Lactuca$</TEX> <TEX>$indica$</TEX> were determined using in-vitro assay systems. The vitamin C contents of the leaf and root extracts were 24.14 and 0.38 mg/100 g, respectively. The total polyphenol contents of the leaf and root extracts were 42.8 and 7.66 mg/g, and their flavonoid contents were 23.09 and 0.77 mg/g. The leaf extract showed higher DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging ability than the root extract at all the extract concentrations. Especially, the ABTS radical scavenging ability of the leaf extract was 92.3% at a concentration of 5 mg/mL. The reducing power was increased with the increase in the concentration of extracts, and the leaf extract had a higher reducing power than the root. The <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX>-chelating ability of the leaf and root were 97.2% and 34.3% at 14 mg/mL, respectively. The <TEX>$IC_{50}$</TEX> values of the leaf for DPPH, its ABTS radical scavenging ability, and its <TEX>$Fe^{2+}$</TEX>-chelating ability were 0.19, 2.7, and 6.27 mg/mL, respectively, and the leaf extract showed lower <TEX>$IC_{50}$</TEX> values than root extract. These results show that the <TEX>$L.$</TEX> <TEX>$indica$</TEX> leaf extract contained high amounts of anti-oxidative compounds and had higher anti-oxidant activity levels than the root extract. It is suggested that Lactuca indica is very high in availability as a functional food and in its materials." @default.
