Notre étude a porté sur six patients de l’UGO de l’HMPIT, quatre greffés cardiaques et deux greffés rénaux pour les quels on a procédé à un phénotypage lymphocytaire des marqueurs CD3,CD4 et CD8 moyennant l’Immunofluorescence, et un dosage sérologique par Elisa de deux interleukines pro-inflammatoires (Il1β, TNFα). Les résultats obtenus ont permis de constater que les transplantés immunodéprimés, soumis à triple thérapie pharmaceutique immunosuppressive moyennant Ciclosporine®–Imurel®–Solupred®, montrent des profils lymphocytaires irréguliers présentant des pics suite à une mobilisation cellulaire induite par les interleukines. Ces manifestations immunologiques précédent en général des symptômes cliniques d’un épisode de rejet. Organ transplantation is a therapeutic procedure that can provide a better quality of life for patients suffering from chronic diseases. However, a high percentage of organ grafts fail due to several factors such as the Human Leukocyte Antigens (HLA) compatibility between the donor and receiver. Our study involves six patients from the Organ Graft Unit of the Military Hospital, four cardiac and two kidney transplant patients. All the patients underwent a lymphocyte phenotyping of CD3, CD4 and CD8 marquers thanks to Immunofluorescence method. Moreover, we titrated two proinflammatory interleukins IL1ß and TNFα with Elisa test. The results allowed to deduce that cardiac and kidney transplants subject to immunosuppressive drugs (triple therapy) Cyclosporine®, Imurel®, and Solupred®, have irregular lymphocyte profiles. The high values registered resulted from the cellular mobilization induced by interleukins. Generally these immunological changes take precedence over the clinical symptoms of a reject phase." @default.
