- W2080954902 abstract "シェーグレン症候群（Sjögren's Syndrome : SS）の診断における病理学的検査は感度87.4%，特異度87.3%，正確度87.4%と非常に優れた検査であり，SS診断に重要であると考えられる．一方で，Focus score (FS）はfocal lymphocytic sialadenitisの半定量的な評価法であり，FSのみでSSの確定診断はできない．今回，我々は口唇小唾液腺生検の手技および評価に関して検討するため，日本シェーグレン症候群研究会の登録施設，30施設に口唇小唾液腺生検に関するアンケートを行なった．その結果，用いる器材や手技，摘出する唾液腺の個数など，基本的な手技や評価法が統一されていないことが判明した．口唇小唾液腺は到達しやすく，簡便で侵襲性が少ない手技ではあるが，①標準的手法の確立，②苦痛の軽減，③評価者による差の是正などの課題が残されていると考えられる．十分な検体の採取や，被験者の苦痛を最小限にするために，標準的手法および評価法の確立が必要であると考え，当科および他施設で施行している口唇小唾液腺生検法および評価法に関して報告する．" @default.
