- W2082529597 abstract "食品包装のシール部における噛込み検出を目的に，画像処理による非破壊検出アルゴリズムを検討した．本研究では，アルミ蒸着フィルム包装の無着色（銀色） ，着色（赤色）を供試材料とした．カラーCCDカメラに偏光フィルタを装着し，光源光の照射角度を10°に設定することで乱反射を軽減させ，得られた包装シール部の画像データ（24 bit）について，カラー画像の色成分（R，G，B：各8 bit）の分離，判別対象領域決定，輝度階調変換，FFT，周波数に基づくノイズの除去，IFFT，一次微分フィルタによるエッジ処理，2値化処理により，シール部の噛込み画素を抽出した．抽出された噛込み画素数により，噛込み包装の判別を行った．無着色包装の噛込み包装の判別では，判別分析法により算出したB成分の輝度閾値のうち輝度閾値55と輝度閾値35を用いた結果，判別率は99.6％であった．着色包装の噛込み包装の判別では，判別分析法により算出したB成分の輝度閾値のうち輝度閾値60と輝度閾値43を用いた結果，判別率は94.3％であった．本研究で構築した画像処理アルゴリズムにより，ヒートシール式食品包装のシール部分における噛込み検出は可能であることが示された．" @default.
