- W2083362593 abstract "Nuclear orientation and nuclear magnetic resonance measurements have been performed for $^{196}mathrm{Au}$ oriented at 6 and 12 mK in an iron host. The magnetic hyperfine-splitting frequency ensuremath{Vert}g${ensuremath{mu}}_{mathrm{N}{B}_{mathrm{HF}/mathrm{h}mathrm{ensuremath{Vert}}}}$ and the quadrupole splitting frequency ${e}^{2}$qQ/h were determined to be 258.26(10) and -2.22(15) MHz, respectively. With the known hyperfine field of -1147.3(8) kG and electric field gradient of (-)0.113(6)ifmmodetimeselsetexttimesfi{}${10}^{17}$ V/${mathrm{cm}}^{2}$, the magnetic moment and the spectroscopic quadrupole moment were deduced to be ensuremath{mu}=0.5906(5) ${ensuremath{mu}}_{mathrm{N}}$ and Q=0.81(7) b, respectively. From angular distributions of ensuremath{gamma} rays, the deorientation parameters of ${U}_{2}$ and ${U}_{4}$ for the ${2}^{mathrm{ensuremath{-}}}$ensuremath{rightarrow}${2}^{+}$ first-forbidden transitions from $^{196}mathrm{Au}$ to $^{196}mathrm{Pt}$ and $^{196}mathrm{Hg}$ have been deduced." @default.
