The relationship between the supervisory use of ML, communication competence, communication satisfaction (CS), employees’ job satisfaction, and perceived supervisory effectiveness was explored. The study was based on a sample of 136 participating employees surveyed via an interactive Internet survey of a 400-person organization. Suggestions for further research are presented. The identification of the specific relationship between the use of language and communication competence, CS, job satisfaction, and leaders’ perceived effectiveness establishes a direct link between communication, leadership, and job satisfaction." @default.
