• W2085456611 abstract "Abstract Six different JHA were administered separately in the food of small bee colonies. Four of these JHA were sprayed on flowering rape‐seed ( Brassica rapa L.) and offered to bee colonies in a flight cage. No abnormal mortality of adult worker bees appeared after treatment of colonies with JHA. Incompletely coloured adults with obvious queenlike characters were found after feeding JHA 1, 2, 4 and 5, though no queen‐cell construction had occurred. All larvae had disappeared five to seven days after treatment with JHA 4 and 5; queens were dead or lost ten to twenty days after treatment. An unaltered or slightly decreased brood nest was found after treatment with JHA 3 and 6. An increased brood nest was found after treatment of colonies with the formulating agent and JHA 1 and 2. A complete inactivation of hypopharyngeal glands of adult worker bees occurred in colonies treated with JHA 5; this may have contributed to the loss of larvae. The behaviour of adult worker bees in colonies treated with JHA 4 and 5 was also affected. No queen cell construction followed after the loss of the queen. Zusammenfassung Auswirkungen einer Untermischung des Futters von Bienenvölkern mit Juvenilhormon‐Analogen Sechs verschiedene JHA wurden einzeln im Futter kleiner Bienenvölker beigemischt. Vier dieser JHA wurden auf blühenden Rübenkohl gespritzt ( Brassica rapa L.) und im Flugkäfig Bienenvölkchen angeboten. Die Mortalität der erwachsenen Arbeitsbienen zeigte keine auffällige Zunahme nach Behandlung mit JHA. Unvollständig gefärbte erwachsene Bienen mit deutlichen königin‐nenartigen Merkmalen wurden nach Behandlung mit JHA 1, 2, 4 und 5 gefunden, obwohl keine Königinnenzellen gebaut wurden. Ein völliger Verlust der Larven erfolgte fünf bis sieben Tage nach Behandlung mit JHA 4 und 5; die Königinnen waren tot oder verschwunden zehn bis zwanzig Tage nach Behandlung. Ein unverändertes oder leicht verringertes Brutnest wurde nach Behandlung mit JHA 3 und 6 gefunden. Ein vergrößertes Brutnest erfolgte nach Behandlung mit der Formulierung und JHA 1 und 2. Eine völlige Inaktivität der Futtersaftdrüsen der erwachsenen Arbeitsbienen erfolgte nach Behandlung mit JHA 5; dies mag zum Teil den Verlust der Larven verursacht haben. Das Verhalten der erwachsenen Arbeitsbienen der Völker, die mit JHA 4 und 5 behan‐delt wurden, war ebenfalls verändert. Nach dem Verlust der Königin erfolgte kein Köni‐ginnenzellenbau." @default.
