Après avoir présenté les principales méthodes de quantification in situ des récepteurs hormonaux par lecture visuelle ou par analyse d'images, les auteurs proposent quelques recommandations concernant la fiche de résultat et le contrôle de qualité. Enfin, les avantages et les inconvénients de la méthode sont mentionnés et comparés à ceux de la méthode biochimique classique. After a presentation of the main methods of in situ quantifcation of hormonal receptors by visual reading or by image analysis, the authors propose several recommendations concerning the results sheet and the quality control.
