The quadrupolar relaxation is attributed to a time-dependent component of the EFG due to the hopping motion of oxygen atoms. Activation energy for oxygen jumps is estimated to be 33ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}4 meV on the basis of the variation of the relaxation parameter $ensuremath{lambda}$ with temperature." @default.
