- W2089985171 abstract "The CoCr thin films evaporated on NiFe underlayers are examined by methods of Lorentz microscopy. The underlayers have an in-plane magnetic anisotropy. It is observed that for some conditions of preparation of the samples the domain structure of the CoCr film is strongly biased by the magnetic anisotropy of the underlayer. The domain structure typical for two-layered films with strong coupling between the layers is observed when the NiFe underlayer and the CoCr film are deposited in one-run evaporation. When the coupling between the CoCr and the NiFe films is reduced (e.g. due to a thin Ag interlayer) self-governing domain structures in each layer are found. The correlation between the directions of domain walls in weak coupled films may be increased through annealing of the specimens. Es wird die magnetische Struktur von dünnen CoCr-Schichten, die auf NiFe-Unterschichten aufgedampft sind, mittels Lorentz-Mikroskopie untersucht. Die Unterschichten haben eine induzierte magnetische Anisotropie. Es wird beobachtet, daß unter bestimmten Bedingungen des Herstellungsprozesses die Domänenstruktur der CoCr-Schichten stark von der magnetischen Anisotropie der Unterschicht abhängig ist. Es wird eine typische Domänenstruktur der Zweischichtenfilme mit einer starken Kopplung zwischen beiden Fiimen beobachtet, wenn beiden Schichten in einem Prozeß hergestellt worden sind. Wenn die Kopplung zwischen CoCr und NiFe reduziert wird (z. B. durch eine Ag-Zwischenschicht), dann wird eine fast unabhängige Domänenstruktur in beiden Schichten beobachtet. Die Korrelation zwischen den Orientierungen der Domänenwände kann durch eine Anlaßbehandlung vergrößert werden." @default.
