- W2090108965 abstract "Angular and magnetic-field dependences of the magnetizations in the mixed state have been measured on ${mathrm{La}}_{2ensuremath{-}x}{mathrm{Sr}}_{x}{mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$ (LSCO) single crystals. Anomalous peaks around the $Hensuremath{parallel}a$ axis have been observed for both overdoped and underdoped samples. The peaks become sharp with decreasing the Sr content x, that is, the increase of the anisotropy. In the sample with $x=0.08$ the peak width is quite small below 5ifmmode^circelsetextdegreefi{} at 50 kOe. The diamagnetization due to the superconductivity at the peak is almost zero and its magnetic-field dependence is negligibly small. Furthermore, the hysteresis of the magnetization between increasing and decreasing magnetic fields is below 1 G in the magnetic-field region above 5 kOe for $Hensuremath{parallel}a$ axis. On the other hand, the peak in the overdoped sample is broad and the diamagnetic signal at the peak increases clearly with the magnetic field. The hysteresis of the magnetization curve is large above 10 G in the sample with $x=0.18.$ It is shown that those behaviors change systematically with the increase of the anisotropy by the Sr contents. The obtained results are examined in the point of view of the vortex configuration in the mixed state connected with the anisotropy of the La-Sr-Cu-O system and the Nd-Ce-Cu-O one reported previously." @default.
