- W2091224733 abstract "メヒルギ胎生種子の成長発育の詳しいメカニズムは解明されていない。これまで，多くの植物の成長発育には，植物ホルモンの関与が明らかにされている。そこで，本研究ではメヒルギの成長発育のメカニズムを検討する第一段階として，植物ホルモンとメヒルギ胎生種子の成長発育との関連を検討した。その結果，根の伸長成長は，すべての植物ホルモン処理で促進する傾向がみられた。とくに，ジベレリン，アブシジン酸，エチレン処理で強い根の伸長促進効果がみられた。また，高濃度のジャスモン酸処理は著しい発根の促進効果および著しい根の伸長成長およびシュートの伸長成長の抑制効果がみられた。一方，シュートの伸長成長はジベレリン処理で強い促進効果が，アブシジン酸処理で弱い促進効果がみられた。これらのことから，メヒルギ胎生種子のシュートと根の伸長成長促進には，ジベレリンが最も効果が高いことが示された。" @default.
