- W2091295145 abstract "Impact excitation processes due to free exciton collisions with bound exciton complexes D°X are studied in CdS. It is found that the excitation power increasing from 103 to 104 W/cm2 leads to a considerable decrease of the I2 line intensity followed by the disappearence of the I2 line at the upper limit, whereas the I1 line can be distinctly seen in the luminescence spectra in the whole range of the excitation power. A model explaining the quenching of the I2 emission line by the Auger-decay of an excited state of the D°X complex at high concentrations of free excitons is proposed. Experimental data are in good agreement with predicted dependences. In CdS wcrdcn Stoßanregungsprozesse infolge von Stößen freier Exzitonen mit gebundenen Exzitonenkomplexen D°X untersucht. Es wird gefunden, daß wachsende Anregung von 103 auf 104 W/co2 zu einer beträchtlichen Verringerung der Intensität der I2-Linie führt, gefolgt von dem Verschwinden der I2-Linie am oberen Grenzwert, während die I1-Linie deutlich im Lumineszenzspektrum übr den gesamten Bereich der Anregungsleistung beobachtet werden Kann. Ein Modell, das die Tilgung der I2-Emissionslinie durch Augerzcrfall eines angeregtcn Zustandes des D°X-Komplexes bei hohen Konzentrationen der freien Exzitonen erklärt, wird vorgeschlagen. Experimentelle Daten befinden sich in guter Übereinstimmung mit vorhergesagten Abhängigkeiten." @default.
