- W2093778328 abstract "土壌中の無機態窒素が多くなると, ダイズの窒素固定能は低下する. この窒素固定能の低下は土壌窒素への依存度を高め, 地力や子実収量の低下をもたらすことが懸念される. そこで, 高土壌窒素条件の圃場において日本品種4, アメリカ品種2および根粒超着生品種を栽培し, 生育期間中の根粒数, 根粒重および根重, 窒素固定への依存度の指標となる茎基部からの出液中の相対ウレイド値を測定し, 高土壌窒素条件下における窒素固定依存度の品種間差異とその要因を解析した. 相対ウレイド値は, 降雨の少なかった2002年より降雨に恵まれた2003年が総じて高い値を示し, 土壌乾燥による窒素固定依存度の低下が推察された. 両年とも生育期間中の相対ウレイド値には顕著な品種間差が認められ, とくに根粒超着生品種作系4号では45～85％と高く推移した. また, 普通品種についてみると, アメリカ品種は11～48％で, 日本品種(14～67％)よりも全般に相対ウレイド値が低く推移した. 播種後63日目の日本品種の根粒数, 根粒重はともにアメリカ品種と比べて多い傾向がみられた. また, 根粒数および根粒重は出液中のウレイド態窒素量と高い正の相関関係を示した. これらのことから, 本研究で供試した品種の範囲では, 日本品種はアメリカ品種より高土壌窒素条件下における根粒着生能に優れ, その結果, 窒素固定への依存度が高いことが明らかとなった." @default.
