Using λ/4 SnO2 films it is possible to achieve an enhancement of the integral sensitivity up to 22%. Comparisons of the quantum efficiency over glass and substrate show that the enhanced sensitivity of the emitters is due to an increase of the photocurrent in the long-wavelength region. The CeO2 substrates give rise to improvements of the integral sensitivity up to 32%. The increase of the photocurrent occurs in the λ-region 400 to 700 nm. The results obtained with the substrates are discussed in a more general form. A detailed investigation of the factors governing the quantum efficiency is undertaken with the object of fitting the measuring results into the scheme of the factors and interpreting them in this way. Es wird der Einfluß von SnO2- und CeO2Sb-Substraten auf die Photoemission von Cs3Sb-Kathoden untersucht. Bei Verwendung von λ/4-SnO2-Schichten kann eine Erhöhung der integralen Empfindlichkeit bis zu 22% erreicht werden. Vergleiche der Quantenausbeute über Glas und Substrat ergeben, daß die erhöhte Empfindlichkeit der Emitter auf die Zunahme des Photostromes im langwelligen Bereich zurückzuführen ist. Die CeO2-Substrate bewirken Verbesserungen der integralen Empfindlichkeit bis zu 32%. Die Zunahme des Photostromes tritt im λ-Bereich 400 bis 700 nm ein. Die Diskussion der mit den Substraten erhaltenen Resultate wird in einer allgemeinen Form durchgeführt.
