- W2098026304 abstract "The high-speed multi-cycle impact and speed, load fluctuation characteristics of a kind of narrow-width automotive engine oil-pump chain 06BN-1 are studied through engine assembly test. The fatigue lifetime distribution rule of automotive engine oil-pump narrow-width chain 06BN-1 is also studied in this paper. The result shows that the fatigue lifetime distribution rule of automotive engine oil-pump chain 06BN-1 is Weibull distribution of two parameters in a test condition of high stress. Form parameter and measure parameter augment with load accelerating. Sampling test by accelerating test at 0.30Q and 0.33Q are respectively time-saving 14 percent and 25 percent than sampling test under normal load at 0.25Q. Through the crack appearance of SEM, chain board being piled hole and quenched at the same temperature is the best method to increase the fatigue strength of automotive chain. The worn surface of rubbing area between pin and bush are also analyzed. The results show that the main wear mechanism of automotive engine oil-pump chain is fatigue wear. Ensuring strength and plasticity of roller, as well as adopting suitable shaping technology are the effective methods to increase its resistance to multi-cycle impact." @default.
