• W2099561574 abstract "The objective of this study is to identify the relation between personal financial, organizational financial decision and organizational performance in retail stores located in the central are of Curitiba. The research working occurred in two consecutive stages: first, it was done a qualitative stage based on nine nonstructured interviews trying to identify the personal financial and organizational practice of the company manager, the second stage was originated from a survey, which involved 236 structured questionnaires, between them, 208 were considered valid, when it was counted the variables for this study. To the effect of joining the several indicators which were identified in the first stage of investigation, it was decided for an application of the Factor analysis of principal components. The factor analysis solution revealed to have six general factors able to represent standards on financial decision of the company and eight factors to the practical measurement of personal financial planning. The organizational performance variables were put together in a unique stage, revealing, this way, a one-dimensional structure in the principal components. After the factors identification, the data was submitted to the correlation analysis, where it was examined statistically meaningful correlation among some dimensions of personal financial practice, organizational financial practice and organizational performance. In this way, the study conclusion set to empiric evidences from the proposed relations on this paper, where it is verified the financial decision quality taken by the manager is decisive factor in the organizational performance" @default.
