- W2103099703 abstract "A many body approach is presented for the electronic excitation spectrum of an antiferromagnetic semiconductor with ABAB-sublattice structure. By use of the s–f model the sensitive dependencies of the quasiparticle density of states (Q-DOS) on the temperature T, the carrier concentration n, and the effective coupling constant g/W is derived and discussed. The electronic spin polarization per sublattice is a direct consequence of this Q-DOS-behaviour. It increases for higher band occupations, lower temperatures and stronger couplings g/W. The lower edge of the quasi-particle spectrum shifts with increasing n to higher energies showing for fixed n rather small blue shifts as function of decreasing temperature.Es wird eine Vielteilchennaherung fur das elektronische Anregungsspekrum eines antiferromagnetischen Halbleiters mit ABAB-Untergitterstruktur vorgestellt. Mit Hilfe des s–f-Modells werden die empfindlichen Abhangigkeiten der Quasiteilchenzustandsdichte (Q-DOS) von der Temperatur T, der Ladungstragerkonzentration n und der effektiv enkopplungskonstante g/W abgeleitet und diskutiert. Die elektronische Spinpolarisation pro Untergitter ist eine direkte Konsequenz dieses Q-DOS-Verhaltens. Sie nimmt fur hohere Bandbesetzungen, tiefere Temperaturen und starkere Kopplung g/W zu. Die untere Kante des Quasiteilchenspektrums verschiebt sich mit wachsendem n zu hoheren Energien und zeigt fur festes n ziemlich geringe Blauverschiebungen als Funktion abnehmender Temperatur." @default.
