- W2104150043 abstract "The decay curves of the emission due to the radiative de-excitation of Mn2+ in ZnS: Mn ALE. electroluminescent (EL) devices are well described by considering two non-radiative processes: a diffusion-limited relaxation and interactions between excited Mn* ions. These processes are evaluated according to the Mn concentration, the interfaces, and the emitted light level. The internal efficiency curves are drawn versus the Mn concentration and it is shown that the optimal concentration is a function of the brightness level. Les courbes de déclin de l'émission lumineuse de Mn2+ dans des dispositifs électroluminescents (EL) ZnS: Mn, fabriqués par la technologie ALE, sont bien décrites si l'on considère les deux processus non radiatifs suivants: une diffusion de l'énergie et des interactions entre ions Mn* excités. La contribution de chaque processus a été évaluée en fonction de la concentration en Mn, de la nature des interfaces et du niveau de lumière émise.
