- W2106869052 abstract "The Glenburn Field is located in parts of Renville and Bottineau counties, North Dakota, approximately 100 miles (160 km) north of Bismarck, in the eastern part of the Williston Basin (Fig. 11- 1). The field was discovered in February 1958 on a seismically defined structural high, by the Anschutz # 1 Einar Christiansen well, which had initial production of 205 barrels of oil per day with 27° API gravity oil and a gas-oil ratio of about 100:1. Glenburn produces oil and associated gas from limestones of the Frobisher-Alida interval of the Mission Canyon (Mississippian). The nature of these limestone reservoirs has been a subject of differing interpretations and is the principal topic of this case study." @default.
