• W2108453485 abstract "AbstractIn this research we present a technique for the automatic generation of 3D art form, which allows designers to get access to large number of 3D shapes that can be altered interactively. This is based on a revised evolutionary algorithm using a modified Iterated Function System, which is a combination of transformations in 3D Euclidean space, and which can provide tunable geometric parameters. The operations employed by the evolutionary algorithm are single-point crossover, arithmetic Gaussian mutation and inferior elimination. The system proposed can greatly enhance the productivity of visually appealing fractal greatly. Experimental results of the study demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed modified IFS formula and evolutionary system. Examples in applying the proposed method in the design of jewelry and decoration are also presented." @default.
