In the first case, multi-polarization and multi-frequency SAR images have been used in synergy with optical images in order to obtain soil moisture and vegetation water content maps for vegetated areas. In the second case, radar data from the Cassini radar (Ku band) have been analysed in order to infer physical and morphological of selected features of Titan’s surface.
