- W2111514695 abstract "We present a high-resolution spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SDOCT) device with a broad-band supercontinuum light generated in a photonic crystal fiber. The instrument we have developed has an axial resolution of 4 μm in air, a depth of image of 1 mm, and an exposure time of 128 μs per a single A-scan. We adopt and apply two methods for data analysis, which reduce the effects of a strong modulation and temporal fluctuations exhibited by the spectra of supercontinuum. To demonstrate the potential of the methods we show high-resolution SDOCT cross sectional images of the human cornea and retina in vivo." @default.
